Returns Policy

If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at info@freshfromthehoed.co.za and we will respond accordingly to your email.

Feedback, together with an address for return and required detail will be supplied and a replacement product to the same value will be provided, assuming the product is still within the best before date, proof of original purchase is provided, and the product is returned in the original packaging.

The cost of returning the products will be covered if the reason for returning relates to the type and quality concerns with the product.

We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate your claim.

Fresh from the Hood, reserves the right to charge for a reasonable amount for the consumption or depletion of the products unless the consumption or depletion is limited to a reasonable amount to determine the suitability of the products.
